What you ll do on a typical day:
- Train site personnel to effectively use quality systems and adhere to quality processes
- Set up quality systems for new sites; facilitate coordination between site, IT and HRIS
- Interpret requirements of international standards; review and analyze processes and other requirements (regulatory, customer) to ensure compliance to international standards
- Support site-specific programs to ensure policies, procedures and work instructions are properly adhered to and compliant with active management system standards
- Review submitted site-specific quality documentation to ensure subject content is both current and compliant to active Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Integrate different writing styles into a common language and consistent documentation format that aligns with the company s standards, operating processes and branding
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you ll need:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience
It d be great if you also have:
- 2 years of experience with quality control
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Auditing experience
- Strong documentation and editing skills
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills; capacity to quickly master new concepts, ideas and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
