Position Overview
Responsible for developing sales plans for specific divisions and regions, including budgeting, re-forecasting at periodic points and producing projections for VP of Sales. Communicates new initiatives and strategies as it relates to residential sales. Works with various levels of the organization and senior leaders in coordinating the development of new short-term strategies to drive revenue growth and to ensure sales objectives are met. Works collaboratively with DVP, RM, GM and Sales Managers and stakeholders to obtain support for sales strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develops sales plans for specific divisions and regions, including budgeting, re-forecasting at periodic points and producing projections for VP of Sales
2. Effectively communicates new initiatives and strategies as it relates to residential sales
3. Helping to formulate and execute the roll-out strategy
4. Develops and implements plans that impacts performance standards and measures within the residential sales function
5. Monitors and evaluates performance of sales associates at the branch, region and division level
6. Responsible for field branch visits to ensure sales and retention success
7. Works with DVP, RM, RSM, GM's to help make decisions on sales manager performance, disciplinary action and/or staffing changes at the sales manager level
8. Motivates, coaches and develops both direct reports (Region Sales Manager-RSM) and in-direct reports (Sales Managers) to help improve performance and achieve business objectives
9. Assists the VP of Sales in the development of long-range strategic sales plans and works collaboratively with other senior leaders in coordinating the development of new short-term strategies to drive revenue growth
10. Works collaboratively with VP of Sales and peer group to define and share best practices
11. Partners with key corporate stakeholders as needed to ensure sales associates are equipped with product knowledge, systems and selling-skills training required for successful performance
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years sales management experience; progressively increasing management level responsibility preferred.
Prior management/director level experience
Proven sales track record in residential services
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Knowledge of service industry
Strong leadership skills
Problem resolution and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute and create business strategies
Ability to collaborate and motivate others
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and channel partners
Ability to travel 50% of the time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
