Summary
Manage multiple Regional Field Supervisors and indirectly manage part-time Field Inventory Representatives that oversee the used vehicle inventory collection at 3,000 dealerships across the United States. Desired locations of candidates to reside include Memphis,TN; Cincinnati, OH; or Indianapolis, IN.
Job Duties
Manage, hire, train and develop Regional Field Supervisors across the country
Fill in, as necessary, for open Regional Field Supervisor positions
Perform quality assurance on work product of direct reports
Conduct dealer tours to educate internal and external customers on the inventory collection process
Manage expenses within budget/forecast
Review and analyze management reports to improve database quality
Manage 10-15 departmental service levels
Timeliness of data collection and quality checks
Quantity and mix of inventory
FIR turnover
There are 7 entry-level managers that report directly into this role and 280 part time indirect reports.
Qualifications
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of management experience in the service industry required.
Travel may be up to 75% of the time throughout the United States.
Ability to incur travel and business related expenses with 2-3 weeks until reimbursement.
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
