Review work order package
Assign and control the installation schedule in the system
Coordinate schedule with other trades to ensure completion within the restricted schedule
Primary point-of-contact with the Customer regarding the installation schedule, change order approval, and final invoicing
Responsible for all aspects of purchasing
Ensuring all agreements are set up and properly started for billable services
Special projects as assigned
Position Requirements
Qualified applicants for the Project Coordinator position will meet the minimum requirements, as described below:
High school degree or equivalent required. College degree or related college courses preferred.

years related experience
Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire and Security alarm monitoring equipment
Excellent organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to professional interact with all levels within the organization
Proficient in MS Office applications
Must possess exceptional customer service skills
