Cold Mill Operations Manager
Growth oriented company located just south of Memphis, TN is hiring a Cold Mill Operations Manager for their manufacturing operation.

This Cold Mill Operations Manager will be responsible for managing 5 supervisors and 5 team-leaders.
Other duties this individual will responsible for are pilgering and cold finishing activities of production, quality, training, and technical aspects of cold finishing operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lives near or open to relocation (paid relocation) to the Memphis, TN area
- Associates Degree in manufacturing related technical industry
- 10
years' experience in manufacturing of steel pipes or tubes and the cold forming process used to make them - Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate problems and improve product quality
- Revise production schedules and priorities as a result of equipment failure or operating problems
- Develop employee training programs and lead 5S program
- Salary range is $95,000-$125,000 PLUS paid relocation
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
