Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nations premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Memphis, Tennessee office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 8 years of experience managing & scheduling electrical construction teams
Prefer someone who is well-rounded in types of project experience, including design build and design assist, and commercial projects
Must have good understanding of National Electrical Codes
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Must have strong math & analytical skills
Must be a leader in understanding and following safety rules & procedures, and OSHA requirements
Must have experience in reviewing job costing reports in order to track/monitor labor goals and budgets
Must have thorough understanding of P & L and financial reports
Must be organized, and be able to multi-task
Interact effectively with contractors to meet project requirements and development and grow business
Must work well with all levels of organization
Strong communication and business development track record and skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Project, Word, Excel, Word
Must have strong employment history stability
EDUCATION:
Field experience or degree in construction

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
