Apartment Rehabber/Maintenance Technician for Real Estate Company

Looking for a hard working, reliable maintenance technician for an apartment complex.
Must have experience rehabbing houses or apartments.
Must have tools and reliable transportation.
Welding and HVAC experience a plus.
Painting, carpentry, drywall, electric, plumbing experience all a plus
Do not need to have experience specifically on apartment complexes

Hourly pay based on experience level.
