General Contractor needed for rehab of 24 Unit apartment complex. General Contractor may visit property and enter units, a drill will be needed. Property must be secured back. Accepting bids now for construction set for March 15,2015. Bids must be submitted on a proposal form, no text messages or simple text in email will be accepted.
