Summary
The HVAC Outside Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and profit through the acquisition and development of new business, maintaining existing business and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Sales volume and profit are increased by acquiring new accounts.
Sales and profits are increased through introducing new products, increasing individual customer's sales volume, and retaining customer loyalty.
Customer loyalty is maintained by providing Coburn's exceptional level of customer service as measured through increased sales and profits, customer retention, customer feedback and/or satisfaction ratings.
Knowledge is developed and maintained in order to increase credibility with customers, as measured by increased customer loyalty and sales.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred OR 2 years of experience in related industry.
Must possess basic
computer
skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
Must be a minimum age of 21 years old and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel to Coburn's customer and company branch locations.
All applicants must be able to perform the following physical tasks:
Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
Have physical mobility and dexterity to occasionally stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead.
Occasionally drives/operates forklifts; works with tools, and equipment.
Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.
Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required.
Note:In order to operate a forklift, the operator must be a minimum age of 18 years old and successfully complete Coburn's Forklift Operator Certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
