Description:
The position will have the responsibility of designing, developing and releasing to production product assemblies, and sub-assemblies while working within design team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers and designers through the Product Development Process.
Utilize sound project management tools for the execution of the project.
Drive usage of modeling, analysis and simulation tools in the design process for optimization and robustness.
Use or improve the standard work in the Product Development Process.
Provide expertise in materials, processes or analysis.
Work with manufacturing/suppliers to document technical aspects of components and interaction of designs within manufacturing and assembly.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (BSME preferred. MSME is a plus).
Experience designing refrigeration sealed systems required.
Experience with
electronics
, structures and/or prototyping.
Prior project leadership experience is preferred.
Knowledge of 3D Parametric CAD is preferred.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years product design experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
