Bachelor's degree in
computer
science or equivalent, with Minimum of 6 years of experience.
The Sr. Developer/ Lead job requires designing solutions, analysis of existing human tasks, creating new tasks, fixing the problems, Integration testing from Java applications, identify root cause of the issues.

years Strong experience in Oracle BPM 11.1 Development, Administration and Configuration.
Excellent knowledge in Oracle BPM Workflow
Good Knowledge in BPM API (Integration with Java Applications)
Good knowledge in Oracle database.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
