JOB SUMMARY Assist end-users in resolving hardware and software issues by responding to phone and email communication, diagnosing problems, and performing troubleshooting activities.
Install, configure, test, monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, networks, and peripherals utilizing industry best practices.
Involves lifting, moving, and carrying of heavy I.

equipment.
Document, track, and monitor problems to facilitate timely resolutions.
Employ established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for computer workstations and servers; basic application and networking issues Escalate support issues according to the escalation procedure Foster communication with the end-user to strengthen trust and partnership Provide onsite or remote support when necessary Always be sure work is done at a professional level in both functionality and appearance Maintain company documentation standards for proper issue tracking and end-user support Effectively manage time and prioritize issues Proactively recognize issues and plan accordingly before they become large scale problems Maintain a professional appearance Requirements:

year(s) of working experience with desktops and networking, including Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office suite (03-2013), Apple iOS Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting Excellent communication skills Ability to lift and move 50 pounds Microsoft ADS and Exchange experience is a plus Team-oriented approach Occasional work outside normal schedule Gossett Motor Cars
