Note:
This temporary contract position will perform as a remote employee throughout the project, with the requirement to travel in their region. Also, for all travel to providers office- Mileage will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities:
The contract nurse is responsible for retrieval, review, and abstraction of medical record data, required for a non-complex sub-set of STARS and HEDIS measures as well as entering the data into 's quality program tool. This will include performing either on-site medical record review at physician offices or in the office.
The nurse will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding provider scheduling and on-site medical record retrieval as needed.
This person will represent Client of Tennessee and must perform duties in a professional manner, utilizing time and resources efficiently.
Computer proficiency is required, and experience with electronic data transfer and use of removal media device is desired.
Professional appearance, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for project participation.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
