Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch.
Leads, coaches, and manages technical personnel within Service Department.
Responsibilities:
Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area.
Monitor quality of work performed by technicians.
Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Control and maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.
Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary.
Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel.
Directly supervise service personnel.
Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel.
Generate repair orders for customer repairs.
Purchase and control job supplies.
Train new service personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills:
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
