Summary:
Coordinates billing functions such as issuing invoices, handling payments, daily reconciliation, and updating daily reports.
Provides customer service to any walk in or call in business.
Assists the dispatcher with creating work orders when needed.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
Update payments into Transaction analysis Update previous day's work orders-Gallons delivered vs billed, etc Invoice previous day's work orders Monitor Order email and create any and all orders received Complete Wholesale Daily Billing Report Update DFOA invoices in Markethub Print off and process any new orders pending in Markethub for dispatch Reconcile bank deposit and daily sales Prepare any and all paperwork for home office Assist in servicing any walk in or call-in business Prepare and mail any invoices to be sent to customers To be Customer Focused and Give Excellent customer service To communicate closely with SM and Sales Staff daily Job Type:
