Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases - Sell products and services to customers, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure a positive shopping experience - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and handling cash - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling - Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
