Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow - Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Manage phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages accurately - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction - Train and supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
Experience:
- Must be an OnQ expert (Minimum 3 years Experience).
- 3
years of Front Office Supervisor or Managerial experience in lifestyle, extended stay or select-service properties.
- Minimum 1

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
