HR Generalist

We are searching for a competent individual to support our HR Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in fundamental Human Resources fields, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and more.
The role requires guidance on crucial Workday responsibilities and working closely with management teams to ensure that HR services are delivered efficiently.
Additionally, this person will act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing any questions or concerns about HR policies and procedures.

Assess and resolve moderate to complex HR requests and queries (e.
g.
, compensation, benefit plans, HR programs, Performance management).
Support managers on various HR processes (e.
g.
, candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, execution of PIP).
Coordinate and deliver HR-related communication/information to employees and managers.
Assist in analyzing and educating key stakeholders on trends and findings from data and survey reports.
Run point on executing initiatives and HR programs (i.
e.
, salary reviews, performance reviews, etc.
).
Assist in analyzing, reviewing, recommending, and obtaining approvals for HR processes and program changes.
Mentor other team members in adopting and applying HR best practices.
Minimum Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree Minimum
Experience:
2
years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role providing HR support.
Some experience/working knowledge of principles and practices of HR systems and programs.
Experience performing complex reporting and analyses.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.
g.
, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including Google Sheets Slides, preferred.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
