Security Generalist

Your Tasks Develop, implement, and refine security policies, guidelines, and procedures for ongoing adherence to protocols.
Access control, monitor camera.
Collaborate with site leadership and stakeholders to address security requirements and concerns.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of physical and operational security policies and standards.
Coordinate crisis management efforts, including planning and response, with senior management.
Manage relationships with third-party security vendors.
Plan, implement, and oversee security plans and programs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Provide security reports and brief regional leadership teams on security and loss prevention initiatives.
Act as a trusted security advisor to senior management and leaders through effective communication.
Supervise a contracted guard force and Security Generalists in multiple locations.
Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments.
Organize and conduct security training courses.
Provide on-call emergency support and assist in security operations, investigations, and reporting.
Lead security officers who conduct patrols of high traffic areas to detect possible suspicious activities or assist visitors with needs for service.
Identify, report, and respond quickly, calmly, and professionally to suspicious activities, sensitive situations, emergency alarms, and assistance with security concerns.
Monitor radios communications.
Guide security officers in the day to day operation of the site.
May have additional sites assigned as a remote leader.
Travel Requirements:
20% travel requirement Your Profile High School graduate or GED.
Military, police, or EMS background a plus.

years of experience in physical security, risk management, loss prevention, emergency.
preparedness or law enforcement.
Ability to handle multiple assigned tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in multiple computer operating systems.
Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer service oriented position.
Strong leadership skills and previous management experience.
Experience with alarm systems, camera systems a plus Computer experience with Microsoft Office applications Bi-lingual a plus Lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 25 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
