Assists with budgeting and fiscal reporting through the post-award lifecycle of the grant, contract, or sponsored agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities Liaise between principal investigators/project directors, sponsors, SPH's business officer, University's office of post award management, and Grants and Contracts Accounting Department.
Ensures a smooth transition between pre-award and post-award functioning.
Assists in developing SOPs related to post-award functions.
Uses sound judgment when carrying out duties.
Duties & Responsibilities Monitors and ensures fiscal and regulatory compliance with relevant principles inherent in the Uniform Guidance and other sponsor guidelines as well as other governmental regulations for grant administration.
Ensures all expenses are allowable per sponsor regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities Works independently to establish calendar of reporting and closeout reminders for sponsored programs, reminds principal investigators/project directors of reporting deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities Closes out all funded projects consistent with University process and timelines.
Works independently to develop close-out procedures.
