As a personal injury litigation attorney, you will work alongside this team to prepare and keep our clients well represented, helping them to receive the justice they deserve.

You will possess exceptional litigation skills and be able to push your clients' cases to their fullest potential.
You will be able to adapt to the adversarial relationship that comes with personal injury litigation and remain steadfast in your pursuit of your clients' interests.
You are expected to:
Settle cases for maximum benefit to our clients.
Win trials.
Regularly communicate with clients and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Turnaround high volumes of cases efficiently; efficiency is essential.
Set expectations.
Never overpromise but always overdeliver.
Responsibilities:
Building the value of the cases.
Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Work with experts; generating and tending relationships so that we can prove our case.
Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.
Court Appearances / Court Hearings / Oral Arguments.
Requirements Licensed and in good standing with Tennessee Bar (Licenses in MS and/or AR is HIGHLY VALUABLE).
Flexible, able to adapt to rapid change.
Organized and disciplined, able to keep up with the operational side of the organization.
Excellent client service skills.
Kind / empathetic, able to work with difficult clients.
Positive, able to maintain a positive environment and culture.
Crises de-escalation, calm under fire.
Responsive, requires a lot of phone time.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to manage high volume of cases.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
