Job Summary The Customer Engagement Manager is a key role in ensuring that we deliver the exceptional service our clients expect from RealVoice.
This role involves designing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement, monitoring customer service staff performance, and managing our customer relationship management systems.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer engagement.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs.
Monitor customer service staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Manage our customer relationship management systems and customer satisfaction surveys.
Resolve complex customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create reports on customer engagement and service metrics for internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about trends and innovative customer engagement strategies in the hospitality technology sector.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or customer engagement role, preferably within the hospitality or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and customer service software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
