Monogram Foods is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Memphis, TN Human Resources team.
With the support of the Compensation Manager, the Compensation Analyst will support the compensation operation across multiple plants, while ensuring salary administration is accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
oPartners with the HR team to make competitive and equitable salary recommendations for new hires, transfers, and promotions based on market data in multi-state locations.
oEvaluates jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions, including determining exemption status in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
oConducts market analysis of jobs across the organization to determine competitive positioning of company pay programs across multi-state locations.
oWorks with compensation team to administer the annual merit increase and incentive programs.
oGenerates and analyzes compensation-related reports and provides appropriate data as needed.
oSupports the centralization of the compensation function for plant locations.
oAssists with audits on HRIS data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
oCommunicates with employees to answer questions in regard to pay practices.
oProvides outstanding customer service to team members.
oPerforms other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
Education and
Experience:
oMinimum 2 to 4 years compensation experience.
oBachelor's Degree is preferred.
oCCP or PHR certification desired.
oProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with ExceloStrong working knowledge of FLSA, compensation practices, Multi-state and Federal compliance regulations.
Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Customer Service Fair Labor Standards Act Foods Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
