Summary:
ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for Quality Assurance of business software created or implemented to meet documented business requirements.
Essential Duties:
Lead in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution, including, but not limited to, functional, integration, regression, and performance/load testing Collaborate with teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans into each development cycle Participate in design and technical discussions Closely follow a detailed technical roadmap that aligns with our product vision across different business functions Collaborates closely with Software Development to keep test case suites up to date with application(s) in test Collaborate with Software Development on implementation-specific needs for successful software testing Responsible for on-time delivery of tests committed to, test plan creation, test plan execution, and test results reporting Manage a team, ensuring proper prioritization and high quality implemented products Other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or systems related discipline preferred 4 years working experience in a QA Analyst, QA Tester, or similar role specific to enhancing/ensuring quality products/software Proven track record implementing testing strategies and reporting solutions within agreed to time frames Working knowledge of common software architectures (web/mobile/API/DB) Proficient working with relational databases such as MS-SQL Experience TFS Test Manager a plus Ability to work in complex pre-production environments Professional attitude, leading by example Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changes within a project, process and/or software change Driven and passionate about quality assurance, software development, and agile methodologies Have great communication and interpersonal skills deal effectively with all aspects of the business Job Type:
