JOB SUMMARY The Training Facilitator will be responsible for leading and engaging in unique training courses, mentoring and leading new hires through the on-ramping process, and integrating leadership skills into day-to-day training opportunities.
This role will play a significant part in the application and understanding of ProLift's core values, mission, and purpose.
The Training Facilitator will work with the Training Coordinator, the Recruiting team, Branch Managers and Senior Leadership in aligning and executing an industry-leading facilitator-style training program across all locations and team member levels.
Responsibilities:
Assist, improve, and/or develop training for all company departments, track and report on outcomes of all training.
Facilitate online training using a COHORT Instructor Led Participatory Centered learning method.
Assist with everyday duties within the Technical Services and training department.
Seek and gather information from operations, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
Communicate proactively with the HSE team to identify training, material, and method improvements.
Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on the development of training that meets ProLift, regulatory, industry, and customer expectations.
Attend seminars and meetings to learn new and improved training methods and techniques.
Use the knowledge to prepare and facilitate future training material/sessions.
Assist with the development and implementation of a mentorship and on-ramping program that supports ProLift core values and creates culturally aligned, effective local teams.

Required
Qualifications:

years' direct experience of working as a Trainer, Training Facilitator or other relevant position Excellent presentation, verbal, and technical written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with employees at all levels of the organization.
Able to travel with limited notice.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Maintain compliant with ProLift's Drug and Alcohol policy Have a clean background.
Valid driver's license.
Experience in coordinating multiple training events.
Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Good experience of providing complete full training cycle, assessing needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate Close familiarity with traditional and modern on-the-job training methods and techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with training development software Experience in the heavy construction industry Bachelor's degree or 3
years in a training Experience working with multi-media equipment Education:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
