Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for bringing in new business as well as servicing existing accounts.
This is accomplished by marketing and selling the staffing services of the company using cold calling, networking events and business to business sales techniques.
Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a Sales Book and create scheduled routes each week Email weekly schedule to the Director of Sales Start making sales calls at 7:

25 phone calls/ on-site visits/ mailings each business day to potential and existing customers Service visits to customer job sites Complete site surveys per job site according to policy Complete applicable paperwork for new or inactive accounts in a timely fashion Ensure that rate agreements are current and changes are approved Responsible for all required paperwork uploaded to customer file 125 Notes are documented in a CRM on a weekly basis Notes in the system are to be specific and clearly written to ensure job assignment needs are met Any COD account credit card information is promptly forwarded to Accounting Assisting with collection of past due accounts when they reach 45 days past due.
Maintaining a high level of communication with operations to resolve any work site issues Attend Weekly Sales Meeting / Conference call and Monthly Sales Zoom Participate in Association meetings and luncheons, Golf Tournaments, Sales Blitzes , Trade shows and After Hours Mixers.

Base Salary plus Monthly Commission Structure JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Level Required:
Minimum of a High School education Experience Required:
At least 2 years of general work experience.
At least 1 year of sales; customer service or working with the public.
Knowledge Required:
Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and possess keen listening skills.
Must be able to handle multiple clients and to effectively meet critical deadlines.
Basic knowledge of operations at field level; familiarity with navigating and using a computer; must be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management; must be able to travel and work independently as well as in a group setting.
