Help Desk Manager
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Manager to be onsite in Memphis, TN.
This candidate is resposible for managing and supporting a team of help desk technicians.
That includes mentoring, training and conducting preformance reviews.
This individual will be troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Service Now ITSM and Epic as the company is going through a transformation.
As well, this candidate will manage escalations and ensure any issues are resolves within a timely manor.
Minimum Requirements - 6 +years of Help Desk Managemnt experience - Bachelor's degree - Service Now experience Desired Skills - 3
years of healthcare experince - Bachelor's degree in science (IT) - Epic Experience Recommended Skills Coaching And Mentoring Health Care Help Desk Problem Solving It Service Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
