Support Specialist in our Lakeland, TN office.
The successful candidate shall have the following
Responsibilities:
Provides first-tier technical support for all users.
Troubleshoots hardware & software issues.
Provides technical support for network peripherals including phone system, data cabling, scanners, printers & plotters.
Ensures availability of ink toner & other I.
T.
supplies Assist the I.
T.
Manager with server or network administration tasks as needed Knowledge and use of VBA to create & update forms and other macro-enabled documents Help with updates to the A2H website Data entry as needed or requested by Manager Provide any backup duties of I.
T Manager as requested and on short notices Requirements The successful candidate shall possess the following
Qualifications:
Candidate should be seeking a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS) or a related Information Systems field.
MIS-related Degree preferred or Junior/Senior in College M.
I.
S Degree Excellent communication skills required.
This candidate will work very frequently with the organizational leadership as well as other department managers.
At least 2 years experience working in a technical support role in a Windows 7/10 environment At least 1 year academic or 1 year of programming experience Occasional work during evening or weekend hours may be needed.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Finger dexterity required for typing and working with internal components of computer systems.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
