Responsibilities Summary :
(Remote/Virtual Role) Provides analytical support by gathering and evaluating data related to sourcing related activities for products and services.
Support RF(x) projects, driving towards supplier selection and contractor execution.
Analyze, examine, and determine market trends and conditions.
Help the organization maintain its productivity, profitability and competitiveness through proper supply chain management.
Work with cross-functional teams to create root cause analysis of key operational processes and develop strategic initiatives to resolve or improve performance.
Responsibilities :
Supports assigned business categories with a spend of $50M-$100M by working closely with the Sourcing Manager to understand and support assigned spend category requirements and by developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity Supports sourcing managers to negotiate new agreements and manage existing relationships with suppliers.
Supports key projects, processes, and other duties supporting management with increasing independence Utilizes systems to improve visibility and management of information; effectively manages contracts and supplier performance.
Conducts research and stays current on category market, business, and technology trends improving category management and delivery value.
Supports enforcement of procurement policies and processes, including the use of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to identify potential suppliers.
Establishes and supports the development of ongoing reporting for key category metrics.
Assists in the development of framework, improving supplier and performance management.
May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of integrated or diverse supply chain systems Ability to demonstrate planning and time management skills Ability to work on multiple projects as required Enthusiasm and self-motivation Strong communication skills Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Microsoft Office skills ( Excel, Word, Access and Power Point) Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures Physical Role Requirements :
Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day.
Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones.
Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field required Minimum Experience required :

years of experience required.
Experience in competitive procurement, sourcing, supply chain and/or contract management or related field; business, technical, or related field is preferred.
Other/State Specific This role pays between $51,100 to $ 76,700 , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
