WIM evaluates, selects, and monitors investment strategies solely for family capital.

Most investments are implemented through long-term partnerships with leading external fund managers.

The family has built out a hospitality-focused investment platform in addition to a portfolio of investment interests across various consumer and retail industries.
Position Overview The Investment Analyst will work as a core member of a small, flat team, working directly with senior leadership to research and evaluate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Work with the WIM team to research opportunities in various asset classes and strategies Conduct and deliver timely and accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis Participate in diligence meetings with investment managers, traveling onsite as needed Attend internal investment meetings, contributing independent opinions and questions Source, evaluate, and track new investment opportunities while assessing their potential impact on the portfolio and ensuring alignment with the family's values and goals Develop and continually improve upon a process for evaluating existing investments Deliver periodic reports, ad-hoc projects, and investment recommendations to the team Form high-quality external industry relationships and build out a personal network Position Requirements Undergraduate degree (finance, economics, math, data analysis, or engineering disciplines preferred) and excellent academic credentials 2-4 years professional experience, investment-related work preferable Demonstrated passion for finance and investing with a high level of intellectual curiosity Willingness to travel to evaluate investment opportunities Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Robust project management skills with the ability to complete tasks on a timely basis Strong work ethic, high integrity, attention to detail, problem solver Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team Resourceful worker possessing adaptability and a growth mindset Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
