We're seeking a natural relationship builder who can deliver the highest standards of client service while contributing positively to building this new business unit.
Objectives of this role Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring a positive client experience.
Serve as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all parties.
Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers.
Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) before the sale of commercial property.
Perform comparative market analysis to value commercial properties accurately.
Research the local real estate market and stay current on industry trends.
Responsibilities Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies.
Formulate thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.
Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote them to qualified buyers.
Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements.
Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure the most up-to-date property and client information.
Lead in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops for fellow commercial real estate agents.
Lead other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
Required skills and qualifications Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy Valid driver's license Preferred skills and qualifications Growth mindset, excited to start a new business unit CCIM is a plus, but not required to start Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related field is a plus but not required.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on personal development Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
