This position plays a key role in the vitality of our business by ensuring all customers receive exactly what they ordered as well as ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and product quality control.
The right person for this role will possess a keen eye for detail and a hunger for accuracy in everything that they do.
We are looking for a self-motived and hard-working individual who can maintain a high level of accuracy and be able to successfully multi-task.
This position will work with our Operations Leader to ensure all shipping and receiving is completed on time and according to customer protocol.
They will also manage all aspects of the warehouse from inventory control, process implementation and quality control.
What you will be doing daily? In this role, you will supervise and manage the performance of a team of quality associates who conduct ongoing quality controls in a multi-client 3PL fulfillment and distribution center.
You will be responsible for quality assurance to meet company goals and customer driven KPI's within Inbound, Value-added services, pack-out and outbound fulfillment processes.
You will oversee and improve quality fundamentals, strive for standardizations and champion both quality and continuous improvement culture across the facility.
We are looking for someone who is a quality ambassador of the facility that will interact directly with clients and suppliers on quality, processes and systems related matters.
You love to develop and maintain a system of quality assurance through document control and procedures according to ISO standards and review of quality inspection functions.

Responsibilities:
Engage and interact on a cross-functional level across the facility to deploy quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
Lead designated projects as a member of the site leadership team to deliver standards, processes, tools and systems.
Extensive data analysis and preparation of quality control reports to Management.
Lead quality management reviews and periodic internal and external audits, derive recommendations and drive change from them.
Maintain an ISO 9001 based quality management system across the entire facility.
Monitor, identify and correct non-conformity to internal quality standards.
Conduct investigations and initiate corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS Degree 3-5 experience in Quality Logistics role ISO 9001-2015 Internal Auditor certificate Experience with iAuditor and SAP Job Type:

$100,000.
