Binding Operator - Consists of operating various equipment, maintaining bindery machines for saddle stitching, perfect binding, lamination binding, grommet binding, operation of folding, and cutting Collation Associate - Responsible for the collection, arrangement, and assembly of pages in a specific order of sequence, which is done by assembling multiple sheets or parts together to create a complete book Coordinator - Assist in the coordination of activities and flow of product to meet production demands and KPI's.
Cutter Operator - Accountable for implementing adjustments, procedures, and knowing the capabilities and limitations of the equipment in order to achieve the required goals.
Kitting Associate - Responsible for pulling customer inventory, documenting and updating inventory materials Press Operators - Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality printed materials in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing high-speed digital printers Quality Analyst - Ensures all printed orders and customer inventory are defect-free by performing a detailed audit on all orders Level 2 and above Shipping Associate - Prepps, packs, labels, and ships orders while keeping conveyor lines clear by sorting the shipped boxes via FedEx, UPS, US Mail, or any other carriers Team Lead - Focus is on your team being able to meet/exceed operational targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment Warehouse Associate - Primarily responsible for picking orders, using an RF Gun, and completing cycle counts Key Responsibilities Will vary depending upon the position.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Could vary slightly depending upon the position High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Must be dependable, flexible, and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required) Some mechanical knowledge (preferred) Entry-level computer experience (preferred) At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) About Mimeo US Mimeo.
