SAP Sr Project Manager
This role will manage a team of onsite and offshore SAP support consultants. This role has complete responsibility for Solution Quality, SLA Adherence and Process Compliance of the SAP support team. - Be the SPOC for customers worldwide and for SAP related support issues and queries. - Manage a team of SAP consultants and do work planning, capacity utilization and solutioning for customer reported SAP issues and enhancements. - Provide periodic status updates on SAP issues and projects to team manager and others as necessary. - Provide support and guidance to the team on incidents related with issues on assigned Module(s). - Act as top point of escalation for the SAP support project and ensure resolution of issues to customer's best satisfaction, coordinating process with local Service Delivery managers across different regions. - Provide break-fix resolution, analyze technical impact, and perform code and data fixes. - Follow approved processes and executes tasks (support and development). - Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions. - Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution. - Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP modules and particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules. - Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled. - Responsible for coordination with other interrelated non-SAP application teams and other internal IT teams to provide resolutions and closure of reported issues. - Assess new requirements/demands and assist with staffing the new projects. - Interacts with Account's Service Delivery Manager and other members of the Governance team to drive success on this project. Qualifications - 10
years' experience with SAP. - 9
years' experience with project management. - 5 year's experience with SAP SD/MM modules.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
