Demonstrated experience with establishing and delivering complex projects Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations Meeting facilitation and negotiation skills Excellent business judgement Ability to direct the work of others Ability to reach agreements without damaging relationships Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders Mobilize and motivate a team Establish structure, direction and approach for a project Ability to effectively resolve conflict Execute with limited information and ambiguity Solid influencing skills Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Banking industry experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
