This position reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Has knowledge with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Has knowledge with project management. Has knowledge with agile software development process. Experience:
Experienced with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies) Experienced with developing software development SOPs Experienced with Project Management Office / Project Management duties Trouble shooting web based applications and client / server technologies Experienced with QA testing tools, load testing and defect tracking tools Understand and experienced with Financial Applications Experienced with requirement and technical writing Understanding of coding and design principles and experienced creating diagrams (process flows, class diagrams, swim lanes, DB schemas, E/R Diagrams, UML, etc.) Familiar with Dev Ops and Dev Ops tools (i.e. Jenkins) Office Tool (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) Programming Languages Responsive Web Development frameworks (i.e. Bootstrap, Angular) Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Web Services SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, SoapUI Relational Databases Experience in at least one of the following:
Oracle, DB2, MSSQL Server Job

Bachelor's degree in a related area and typically 7-10 years of directly related experience
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
