Security Operations Manager at First Horizon National Corporation in Memphis, TN
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT Risk Manager with a demonstrated expertise and leadership in:
Implementing and IT Security Operations Framework in a large to mid size organization. Oversee and manage the installation, implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of all security op technology solutions Manage the investigation, documentation, and reporting of threats and vulnerabilities Oversee the monitoring of network, systems, and logs to ensure availability and security of all systems. Investigate, track and respond to all potential incidents in accordance with prescribed procedures Support the CISO in the development and implementation of the IT Risk and Security Management policies standards, procedures and ongoing processes. Play a lead role in the evaluation and remediation of operational incidents and risk events including root cause analysis and process improvement recommendations. Partner with appropriate areas such as Compliance, Audit, ORM, Legal, Security, etc., as necessary to ensure risk events are properly addressed, documented and reported. Support the compliance needs to ensure the organization meets it responsibilities in accordance with FFIEC guidelines with specific emphasis on GLBA. Work with Threat Management and Security Engineering on alignment of technology and security operations Manage the SIEM Program and MSSP Essential functions of this role include:
The individual is expected to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and provide quantitative metrics to govern key controls. The ability to communicate effectively with both technologists and business personnel is critical, including the usage of business relevant terms to describe technology risks. Job Requirements Experienced Information Technology professional with a proven Financial Services track record of at least 6 years management in Technology and Security operations Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to create and define policies and procedures that substantially represent regulatory requirements. Leadership and expertise in at least three of the following:
IT Governance, Protection of Information Assets, Information Security Program Management, Information Risk Management Identity and Access Management. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA and FFIEC requirements and supporting industry and security frameworks (e.g., ISO-2700x, COBIT, PCI DSS) Demonstrated experience in process engineering and improvement. Enthusiastic, effective communicator who thrives under pressure and is willing to take personal responsibility and accountability.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
