WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANTS, ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS! IF YOU BELIEVE THIS IS YOU, PLEASE READ ON
We are requesting that all candidates applying for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position have experience and skill in the following areas:
o Resident service and retention including the ability to deliver a unique and memorable experience to all prospects and residents.
o Strong communication and ability to highlight community features and benefits to prospective residents.
o Ability to effectively convert visitors/traffic into leases.
o Yardi, AMSI, Onesite, LRO and/or Yieldstar software knowledge is preferred and will be required by certain clients.
o Thorough knowledge of leasing contracts and addendums and ability to discuss and review contract details with residents.
o Firm knowledge of and complete implementation of Federal Fair Housing Laws.
o Candidates must be available to work weekends.
