We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to provide leadership to our expanding Cardiac Service line!
This key leadership position is vital to the success of the overall service line operation, and serves multiple supportive roles involving interdisciplinary relationships with physicians, nursing, diagnostic/interventional/therapeutic departments, patient and families, and ensures quality clinical outcomes.
The Director will possess a strong clinical knowledge base of cardiac services, and demonstrate the ability to weave a stretchable - yet unbreakable continuum of care, delivering optimal clinical outcomes.
This key position provides oversight and leadership to the non-interventional and interventional diagnostic areas: Echocardiogram; Electrocardiogram, and Cardiac Cath Lab.
Qualifications:
BSN required; M.S. in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
Must demonstrate thorough understanding of cardiac care, to include diagnostic and therapeutic intervention related to treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
5 years experience in a nursing management/leadership role, within the Cardiac care area (emergent, critical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic) required.
