This is a great opportunity to work with an outstanding team. Regional One Health employs about 2,500 workers and is designated a Level I trauma center for Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. We have the region s only burn center verified by the American Burn Association. Centers of Excellence include trauma, burn, neonatal intensive care and high-risk obstetrics.
JOB SUMMARY AND
Essential Functions:Manages the development, installation, and maintenance of custom computer applications for business clients and/or clinical users. Participates in quality control discussions of all custom developed applications and databases. Works with department leadership to develop, review, revise and enforce departmental policies, procedures and processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Management, or Management Information Systems.
Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience required

IT application implementation and development experience in a Healthcare environment highly desired

Three (3) to five (5) years of system development or system analysis experience is preferred

Experience working with development tools, processes, approaches and techniques required.

5 - 10 years of progressive responsibility within a management information systems, or information management, or analysis environment with at least three to five years managing business analysts.

Experience with data analytics & management, business intelligence and ETL tools, data modeling & mapping and enterprise data warehouse environments.

Planning and delivery of integrated systems.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Line of Business Knowledge and/or experience within Hospital/Healthcare environment.

Creativity and demonstrated competency to think strategically.

The incumbent must be able to effectively communicate with and make strategic recommendations to senior and executive management as well as internal / external service partners.

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities and providing technical direction to the work group including task assignments, metrics, change control etc

Experience making recommendations to improve processes, operating efficiency, and control functionality of assigned responsibilities.

Experience creating technical management guidelines and able to verify staff adherence

Leads and coordinates code/peer reviews of application focused development work to insure it aligns to the business and technical requirements.

Provides administrative, application development, and unit testing for small to medium complex projects (and support issues) or functional areas of larger projects or programs.

Knowledge of programming languages and database design and can effectively hold employeesaccountable for programming work.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
