OVERVIEW

Brazing professional; provide leadership and technical expertise to a team of brazers in brazing processes, the skills and training program, project management and support for the manufacturing process.


REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; BSME is ideal
3-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Supervisory experience required
Best
Experience: high-volume fabrication and assembly
Preferred industry
Experience: HVAC, Refrigeration, Appliances, Automotive Radiators, Lawn & Garden Equipment
Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Some travel required
Must enjoy small town living
LOCATION
Peaceful, quiet, community setting in North Mississippi. Good schools, low cost of living, two 18 hole golf courses, hunting, fishing, boating, water sports, 90 minutes from major metropolitan area.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
