Customer Service Representative I - Bartlett, TN
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide telephone assistance for inbound Major Account customers. It also entails replying to inbound general customer inquiries via white paper, telephone, e-mail and fax. It also functions as an escalation point for all internal and external Brother fax and printer representatives. There is also back-up responsibility of answering general inbound fax and printer customer calls from the main toll-free queues. It may also include data analysis and project coordination. Overall, this position deals heavily with customer conflict resolution and strives for a positive outcome for both Brother and our customers.
Answer priority and EMA Calls.
Act in a back-up capacity, when required, as a regular inbound telephone agent in the main FAX and Printer queues.
Place customer callbacks from various Departments and the Brother incoming FAX line.
Respond to customer white paper, fax and email inquiries and maintain an acceptable level of 24 hours or less.
Create Standard responses for library use.
Act as escalation point for all Brother out-sourced centers.
Resolve issues with a positive outcome following current
policies.
Recommend corrective action that will eliminate or
reduce future escalated customer situations.
Provide/complete reports for evaluating the efficiency of FAX Customer Service.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and English skills, both written and verbal
Previous fax and printer troubleshooting ability
Technical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all levels
Good PC skills
Ability to handle pressure
Excellent team player
Positive and open to change

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
