Job Description:
Perform production work on a variety of machines including NC/CNC machines loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure the quality of the parts.
Will not be responsible for setting up or programming the machines.
Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to the Machine Shop Operator classification.
Qualifications:
Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently.
Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple Production reports.
Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.
New Hire Incentive Bonus:
$1000 in 3 payments
Granted the Employee has no write-up in the quarter they would get the following payments
$200 after 3 months
$400 after 6 months
$400 after 12 months
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
