Responsibilities

Position Overview

Provide clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implementing Youth Villages treatment models. The Licensed Program Expert will provide training and coaching of theory and application of Youth Villages treatment models to personnel with various professional backgrounds and who hold a variety of positions including clinicians, supervisor, regional supervisors, regional managers and directors. The Licensed Program Expert will assist organizations in a variety of ways to ensure the success of the treatment program including:
providing weekly telephone consultation, ongoing training to the treatment teams, and providing consultation and training to supervisors and coordinating clinical development of staff with regional supervisor, managers and directors.

Qualifications

Requirements

Master's degree in mental health field is required.
Must be clinically licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) or close to completion of licensure.

Must have 6 months of professional clinical experience.

Six months supervisory experience is preferred.
Community-based services experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
