Job Description:
Greet clients in person and on phone with professionalism and warmth.
Deliver floral arrangements and gifts locally.
Assist with daily flower shop duties to keep design space clean and organized.
Prepare for event production and set up by procuring and loading equipment to and from event sites Consistently train with team leads on business processes and equipment knowledge.
Requirements:
Team oriented Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time Frequent heavy lifting Clean driving record and current driver's license Experience driving large work vans preferred Flexible hours based on business demands High Demand seasons may required extended hours.
Professional appearance
Experience:
Strong customer service and relations skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Assist in Event set up/teardown when needed.
Retail experience preferred.
