Summary:
As a Multimedia and Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, creating captivating photography and video content, developing innovative social media strategies, and analyzing social media metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key
Responsibilities:
Photography & Video Content Creation Shoot, edit, convert, and upload content to video library.
Coordination of larger-scale photography & videography projects, communicating with locations to set a working time frame, and ensure all apparel/props are in-hand and available for the shoot.
Optimizing photo and video content for a variety of marketing platforms Collaborate with team to create social reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and other content for social media.
Ongoing research of new & innovative photo & video content ideas to collaboratively build and expand upon the vision and ideas of others to create something bigger.
Maintain a library of photo and video assets.
Build and organize production/video equipment inventory and maintain equipment Training Content Creation Reads, reviews, and edits scripts and determines the best method for producing video.
Collaborates with subject matter consultants and training staff to evaluate and plan productions.
Skilled in operating a variety of camera equipment, demonstrating proficiency in handling different types of cameras for various shooting requirements.
Ensures lighting positions, sound enhancement, and proper recording equipment are in place to capture the best images in a variety of locations.
Records footage for staged and unscripted scenes.
Cuts and edits video content to remove bad or extraneous footage and incorporate effects like typography that align with established branding guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement innovative social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create high-quality, engaging, and diverse social media content including photography, videos, graphics, and written posts.
Manage a content calendar to schedule posts across various social media platforms (e.
g.
, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.
g.
, engagement rates, follower growth, reach, conversions) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.
Use insights from data analysis to refine content strategies and improve overall social media performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

years of experience in effective content creation including planning, writing, editing, and production of static, video, and live social content.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices with a strong portfolio Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to consistently track social media campaign performance, revise strategy as needed, and communicate effectiveness to management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
