This manufacturer is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager who will manage the employment lifecycle for the Memphis plant & warehouse. Your experience will need to include involvement in the complete employee lifecycle process, recruiting, employee engagement & relations. You'll be supporting employees and management interactions. Your goals will be to streamline and administer the existing recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations programs. You'll need to be organized, have excellent time management & customer service skills as you'll work with everyone at the Memphis plant.

Your basic responsibilities include:

Manage the hiring process of the recruiting & staffing needs for the full employee lifecycle, from posting jobs to interviewing, exit interviews, and succession planning

Working with management regarding employee hiring & training, performance review, disciplinary processes, and coaching

Mange the HR departmental budget

Will handle Safety for the facility

Will be handling all of the Environmental / EPA for the plant

Collaborate with community groups to increase employee engagement, provide health & wellness activities & info, community outreach projects

Work with governmental agencies for audits, compliance reviews & other reports as required.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
