Change Enablement Analyst- Onsite in Memphis
This is an onsite role in MemphisThe analyst should be able to build enthusiasm and minimize resistance during pre-implementation activities, design appropriate training and change activities, and re-enforce best practices during post-implementation monitoring JOB FUNCTIONS Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project Demonstrate experience with one or more documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation with consistent formatting Leverage multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds- sample required Create training for self-service and in-person/virtual modes of learning using digital authoring tools (DAS, Articulate Rise, and/or video) s and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply We are unable to sponsor candidates at this time Change Enablement Analyst- Onsite in Memphis Recommended Skills Knowledge Base Passionate Technical Documentation Stakeholder Management Apply to this job.
