Must have at least 2 yrs exp of Ultrasound tech experience with Travel 3 Years experience with no travel ARDMS certified BCLS Oher Details:
Must be 100 miles from facilityCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required - No ExemptionsFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required - No ExemptionsMust have a minimum of 2 years of Ultrasound Tech experience and travel or 3 years of experience and no travelMust be ARDMS certifiedMust be at least 100 miles from facilityMethodist requires that every clinician be vaccinated against COVID-19 to work at the facility, and requires proof of vaccination for submittal.
Methodist has advised it cannot reasonably accommodate religious or medical exemptions at this time.
Please provide a copy of the clinician's proof of vaccination with the submittal packet.
