As a superintendent for our company, you will be responsible for worker documentation, daily schedule reporting, compliance reporting, site safety training, procuring small-dollar contracts with local subcontractors, interacting with the owner and subcontractors, coordinating trade work, and ensuring construction schedule adherence.
Your duties will include:
Managing a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation Creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs Collaborating with clients, project managers, other construction management to determine budgets and timelines Coordinating material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers Creating schedules for workers and subcontractors Hiring additional subcontractors and assigning work accordingly Maintaining a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary Making changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines Implementing management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient Job Requirement/Preferences:

Leadership/Communications skills 2.
Reading blueprints 3.
Experience in budget planning 4.
Trained in safety and compliance 5.
Close out finish and validation 6.
